3. ANNUAL CONTRACTS

   By far our best value and most comprehensive value, this package includes all your mowing/edging/trimming/blowing, five annual fertilization services, aerate and overseed once annually, pruning of shrubs/hedges, bed defintion, two Fall leaf cleanup services, and insect/disease control. All this on an annual contract for $150/month for lots up to one half acre in size. You are saving more than $500 by paying for these services on an annual contract!
   
   Plus, as a contract client, you get 20% off all other services we offer, including mulch and pinestraw installation, tree and shrub planting, sod installation and turf repair and our HARD SCAPE services.
